6) Consent Agenda by Omnibus Vote:

(All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted by a single motion and subsequent roll call vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless an Alderman so requests; in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as the first item after approval of the Consent Agenda.)

A) Finance

Item 1) Release performance bond and irrevocable letter of credit for the Rockford Group

Motion to approve releasing the performance bond and letter of irrevocable of credit #184 in the amount of $28,130.00 for the First Rockford Group.

Item 2) Donation to the Silvis Family Fun Run

Motion to approve donating $500 to the Silvis Family Fun Run.

B) Approve payroll for 27 April 2017 in the amount of $115,000.71

C) Approve Minutes from 18 April 2017 Regular Meeting and Committee of the Whole Meeting

D) Approve all bills bearing proper signatures.

E) Resolutions: 2017-15-R a resolution relating to the participation by elected officials in IMRF.

Motion to adopt 2017-2018 Wage and Benefit Ordinance.

9) Mayor's Report:

Swearing in of newly elected officials, City Clerk Jim Nelson, Mayor Matt Carter, Treasurer Diana Armstrong, 1 st Ward Alderman Tony Trulson, 2nd Ward Alderman Ian Pavelonis, 3rd Ward Alderman Rick Lohse, and 4th Ward Alderman Todd Malmstrom.

Mayor Matt Carter will ask for a motion to concur with his appointment of Graham Lee as Municipal Attorney.

Mayor Matt Carter will ask for a motion to concur with his appointment of Jim Grafton as City Administrator/ Public Works Director.
