City of Moline Library Board of Trustees met May 11.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
I. Business Meeting Call to Order
Runnels called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. in the Platinum Room of the Moline Public Library.
II. Bylaws Review
The Committee reviewed the Bylaws. A draft will be sent out to the Committee for final review. If consensus is reached with the revision, the draft Bylaws will be added to the June Board meeting agenda for final approval.
Adjournment:
There being no further discussion, the Ad-hoc Bylaws Committee meeting of the Moline Public Library Board of Directors was adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
