Village Of Carbon Cliff Administration Committee will meet on January 9.

2. Information from Clerk Hopkins that she thought the Committee might be interested in
pertaining to McClure Engineering.
• Attending Village Board Meetings
Senior Project Manager $143.00 per hour
Mileage Rate $0.80 per mile
No Charge to Village
• Based on Loren’s rate and miles traveled, McClure could have billed $5,791.50 for
attending the Board Meetings between August and November. They could have also
billed $179.20 for mileage to and from the meetings.
3. Monthly Treasurer’s Report – December 2017.
4. Monthly Maintenance Comp Time Report – December 2017.
5. Monthly Clerk’s Report – December 2017.
6. Sign Payroll & Vendor Checks.
7. New Business / Other.
