Village Of Carbon Cliff Public Properties Committee will meet on January 8.
Here is the agenda as provided by the committee:
1. Northwest Mechanical came out to look at the Boiler and Furnace on Thursday, January 4th. No issues or problems were found. The full report should be emailed to me the first part of next week.
2. Pipe Co installed to entryway lights for us in the bays of the Village Hall. They also discovered that we have heated gutters. These are running by a light switch and Nick has put it on his calendar to off and on in the Spring and Fall.
3. Monthly Maintenance Comp Time Report – December 2017.
4. Monthly Clerk’s Report – December 2017.
5. Monthly Treasurer’s Report – December 2017.
6. New Business / Other.
