Village of Carbon Cliff Administration Committee met February 13.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
1. Minute of the Regular Board Meeting of January 16, 2018 and February 6, 2018.
2. Review/ Motion to approve Skid Steer and attachments.
3. EPA and the Rock Island County Health Department are working on a free tire collection event. This event will be held sometime this Spring (March or April) similar to last year's event. The Maintenace department can collect tires throughout Carbon Cliff and take them to East Moline, which is the designated collection site. There will be no cost to the residents as the collection event is paid for using IL State taxes from tire sales.
4. AT & T would like to renew their contract with the Village for use of the Water Tower to place an antenna, they are currently requesting a decrease in rent.
5. FYI- Total Interest collected in 2017 from Blackhawk Bank & Trust, $1,312.69. Interest collected over a 6-month period.
