Village of Carbon Cliff Public Works Committee met February 13.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
1. FYI- Utility Service Partners Inc., will be mailing out the Sewer Campaign materials on January 30th.
2. Repairing Water Valves and Sewer Manholes. I spoke with Loren after the Board meeting on January 16 and he stated he could reach out to construction companies on our behalf to establish a cost. Head of Maintenance. Dan Clark also stated there are not enough valves on Rout 84.
3. Water main break at the top of Valley Vies to be paid for through water funds.
4. Review Proposal from Dan Helm. Water Solutions Unlimited,Inc., on updating the Village's Chemical delivery system for Chlorine at Pump House A & B.
5. Review proposals from Midco Diving & Marine Services Inc., and Pittsburg Tank & Tower for cleaning and inspecting the water tower.
6. ISAWWA has sent out their 2018 Training Guide, Village Director Gottwalt is requesting permission to send the maintenance department to classes pertaining to their field of work. Dan and I will review schedule.
7. 750 N. 2nd Avenue needs to replace their water meter.
8. Monthly Collector's Report- January 2018.
9. Monthly Maintenance Comp Time Report- January 2018.
10. Monthly Clerk's Report- January 2018.
11. Monthly Treasurer's Report- January 2018.
12. New Business/ Other.
