Most frugal townships in Quad Cities

Burns-Galva-Weller Multi Tax Assessment District, Eliza-Duncan-Perryton Multi Tax Assessment District and Alba-Loraine-Yorktown-Cornwall Multi Tax Assessment District top the list in Quad Cities with the lowest spending per capita in 2017, Illinois State Comptroller financial reports show.
