Case #18-001 Request to have the zoning classification changed from R-1 to R-2 for the property described as N PT LOT 10 W OF RD, EX W16.5 & EX 4.50A, SE NE SEC 16 T17N R3E LANDS INCORP City of Geneseo. This will be 14.88 acres of farm land off of Olivia Drive which is off of North Chicago Street. This is north and west of Woodridge and north of the Library property and the Catholic Church property.
