5.Public Hearing #2018-05: The applicants, Michael and Jessica Matherly, have filed for a variance of six inches of the 3.5 foot maximum height for a fence in a front yard and a variance of 25 feet of the 25 foot setback from point of intersection at a corner fence location in an R-3 (one and two family residence) district at 803 20th Street.
6.Public Hearing #2018-06: The applicant, Nicole Watson-Lam, has filed an application for a variance of 724 square feet of the maximum 30 square foot maximum sign area for a new sign in a B-2 (central business) district at 1709 2Avenue.
