     a. City Council Minutes 3/13/2018.

     b. Committee of the Whole Minutes 3/27/2018.

     c. Special City Council Minutes 3/27/2018.

VIII. Administration

     a. Consideration to approve the filling of a third Sergeant vacancy and to approve funding

         for one investigator.

     b. Consideration to approve Resolution R-18-10 A Resolution Allowing a Search Committee

         to be formed to assist in the Search for a Police Chief.

     c. Consideration to hire the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police to assist in the hiring

         process.

     d. Consideration for approval the Contract for Fiscal Year 2018 Audit with Carpentier,

          Mitchell, Goddard and Company LLC in the amount of $42,850.00.

     e. Consideration for approval Ordinance O-18-03 An Ordinance Amending Regulations

          Governing Interconnection and Net Metering Programs for Renewable Energy.

     f. Consideration to approve an increase in the budgeted amount for the 2017 Ford Utility

         Interceptor purchase in the amount of $530.13.
