Three businesses in the Milan-area are scheduled to hold opening ceremonies in May, the Milan Chamber of Commerce said in a recent bulletin.
The Blackhawk Bank & Trust is having its ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. May 1 at its new branch at 334 Second Ave. in Milan. The ceremony will feature food, cornhole and a facility tour. Milan Chamber President John Peters, as well as board member Evan Johnson, work with Blackhawk Bank.
At 4 p.m. May 7, Lucky Duckys Video Poker & Slots will offer food and games during its ribbon cutting at 725 First Ave.

QC Pet Care at 651 10th Ave. will hold its ribbon cutting featuring a meatheads grill out and facility tour at 11 a.m.. May 12.
