School discipline: Which Quad Cities districts reported the most students transferred for disciplinary reasons?

Carbon Cliff-Barstow School District 36 and Galva Community Unit School District 224 reported the highest rate of students transferred for disciplinary reasons during the 2016-17 school year in Quad Cities, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
