City of Rock Island recently issued the following announcement.
Hug-A-Book is part of our early learning programming for ages two to 5, aimed at creating young readers. Join us for creative projects led by our very own Miss Ranell. Each child receives a free Hug-A-Book CREATE art apron and a free book to take home! For families with children ages two to five. Funding provided by the Merrill Harris Hug-A-Book Fund of the Rock Island Public Library Foundation. No registration required.
