UnityPoint Health Board of Directors - Quad Cities recently issued the following announcement.
UnityPoint Health® is excited to have the former Family Care Partners of the Quad Cities, PC now officially operating with UnityPoint Clinic®. The clinic opened its doors December 3 as part of the UnityPoint Clinic family. The announcement was made in October that the primary care clinic and its group of 11 providers would join and operate under a new name, UnityPoint Clinic® – Family Care Partners. The clinic will continue serving the Quad Cities community at its current location along Utica Ridge Road in Bettendorf, Iowa and offer the same quality care its more than 20,000 patients have grown to know and trust.

The merger with UnityPoint Clinic provides Family Care Partners with resources across the care continuum to help the people they care for in the clinic, hospital, or at home. Patients and providers will benefit from additional expertise in managing chronic illness, improved access and coordination with specialty services and providers, and innovative technologies that are improving care communications and the patient experience.

UnityPoint Clinic – Family Care Partners is located at 3704 Utica Ridge Road, Suite B in Bettendorf, Iowa.
