Fryxell Geology Museum recently issued the following announcement.
The Augustana Symphonic Band and the Augustana Choir both will be on tour in February 2019.
The band will perform in Illinois and Wisconsin, while the choir travels through Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Illinois.
Established in 1931, the Augustana Choir has been conducted by Dr. Jon Hurty since 1996.
The Augustana Symphonic Band, established in 1874, performs music written for the wind band. It is conducted by Dr. James Lambrecht.
Alumni, families and friends of the college are invited to attend one of these free performances in their area:
