A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Mike Jacobs was the only campaign committee in Silvis that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends of Mike Jacobs has yet to pay was imposed on June 7, 2017, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,000.
