Moline home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Moline fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 281 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 217 homes sold in Moline in the second quarter of 2016.
