Carbon Cliff home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Carbon Cliff fell by $131,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,250 - a 80.2% decrease over the $163,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carbon Cliff in April 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Carbon Cliff for 2017 was $1,907. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,975. This marks an decrease of 3.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 5.9%.
