Recommended Motion: Move to approve the meeting minutes for May 8, 2019.
C. Approval of the June 12, 2019 Discussion Minutes
Recommended Motion: Move to approve the discussion minutes for June 12, 2019.

A. The Reappointment Memo has gone to the Mayor with one vacancy.
B. Discussion on possible member to fill the vacancy
C. New members will need to complete OMA training immediately upon appointment.
D. Discussion of the “Rock The Arts” event
E. Discussion of the new Arts Advisory Committee project “Not Bored Games”
F. Recommendation of Updates to the Arts Advisory Commission Ordinance
Recommended Motion: Move to recommend to the City Council that they approve the changes to the Arts Commission Ordinance, appoint all members of the Arts Advisory Committee to said Commission with terms identical to those currently being served, and dissolve the Arts Advisory Committee.
