Recommended Motion: Move to approve.

Public Hearing #2019-17: James Young, request for a variance of 200 square feet of the 46 foot maximum sign area requirement for a business in a B-4 (highway/intensive business) district at 4010 11th Street.

Recommended Motion: Move to approve.
