Plan Commission Case #19-004 a request for a conditional use permit and Highway Overlay Corridor District Development Permit for the construction of an auto laundry.

b.Consideration to approve Plan Commission Case #19-005 a request for a conditional use permit for development from Bear Development LLC (Geneseo Senior, LLC) for an Elderly Residence Building.

c. Consideration to approve Resolution R-19-13 Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code.

d. Consideration to approve Resolution R-19-14 A Resolution Authorizing Signatures with the Depository Institutions of the City of Geneseo.

e. Consideration to approve the bid from Miller Trucking & Excavating Inc. in the amount of $65,738.90 for the East First Street Storm Sewer Repair Project.

f. Consideration to approve the renaming the City portion of E. 1600th Street to Bluff Road.

g. Consideration to approve a Rural Revolving Loan Fund application from Corey and Sarah Bullock of Core Home Solutions LLC.

h. Consideration to approve up to $1,500 for Richmond Hill Project Fundraiser expenses from Hotel/Motel Funds.

i. Consideration to increase the salary cap for the Director of Electrical Operations up to $110,000
