City of Rock Island Preservation Commission met November 25.

Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair DeLong called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM and read the roll call.
Public Comment
There were no comments from the public.
Approval of the Agenda
Fessler moved to approve the agenda. Morse seconded the motion. The motion carried by acclamation.
Approval of the Previous Meeting Minutes
There were no previous meeting minutes to approve. Previous meeting minutes of the Preliminary Determination Committee were approved by the Preservation Commission at their November 20 meeting.

New Business
First National Bank Landmark Application
Morse moved to determine that the local landmark application for the First National Bank building is complete. Fessler seconded the motion. The motion carried on a vote of 2 to 0 with Fessler abstaining.
Morse moved to recommend that the landmark application for the First National Bank building be approved by the Preservation Commission. Fessler seconded the motion. The motion carried on a vote of 2 to 0 with Fessler abstaining.

There was no other business.
Adjournment
Chair DeLong asked for a motion to adjourn. Morse moved to adjourn. Fessler seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously on a vote of 3 to 0 at 5:44 PM.
