Motion to open public hearing for Public input on Case #20-002, a tower use permit for a ground mounted satellite dish located at the corner of East Exchange and North Russell and input on Case #20-003, a preliminary plat review of a PUD located on Olivia Drive.
6. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
6.1. Close the Public Hearing

7. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)
7.1. Case #20-002. Viasat Inc. application for a ground mounted satellite dish (tower use permit) located at 117 N. Russell Street which is zoned B-3 Historic.
Motion to recommend to the City Council Case #20-002 Viasat Inc.'s application for a ground mounted satellite dish (tower use permit) located at 117 N. Russell Street which is zoned B-3 Historic.
7.2. Case #20-003 Planning Commission Preliminary PUD Application for Geneseo Townhomes.
Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve Case #20-003 the preliminary PUD application and to provide the zoning compliance letter and letter of support for state grant purpose subject to an outside engineers report on sewer accommodation and storm water flows.
