City of Geneseo City Council met Feb. 25.

2. ADMINISTRATION
2.1. Consideration of Lionstone Brewery Sale and transfer of TIF and RLF
Motion to have the City attorney proceed with appropriate procedures to facilitate the transfer of the TIF agreement and RLF to Robert Schwab subject to the approval of the City Administrator and Mayor.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the City Council at this time.
4. ADJOURNMENT
4.1. Move to close the meeting
