c. Adopt Ordinance #2020-3, Enacting a Policy Statement Expressing a Commitment to Encourage the Development of Business Entities and the Hiring of Individuals Defined as Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities within the Kewanee/Henry County Enterprise Zone
