The data shows that the nine released offenders living in Moline zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 39. The youngest parolee was a 25-year-old man convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2019, and the oldest was a 53-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2019.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Ryan Moore. He was convicted of homicide in 2011, when he was 23 years old. He is now 32.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
