One Rock Island County resident in his or her thirties tested positive for COVID-19 on July 28, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 264 positive cases reported in Rock Island County among residents in their thirties, accounting for 18 percent of all cases in the county. Through July 28, Rock Island County has reported a total of 1,467 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 30 of which have ended with the victim's death.
