Village Of Carbon Cliff Administration Committee met Sept. 8.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. The Village has heard back from our insurance company regarding the damage to the pavilion during the storm on August 10, 2020 and the village will be issued a check for $7,793.46. The village can make repairs themselves or hire the repairs out.
2. Under the direction of the Village Board at the September 1, 2020 Board Meeting, D.O.C.A.S. Nick Gottwalt talked to Village Attorney, Kathleen Field Orr regarding a retirement/severance package for Village Clerk, Karen L. Hopkins. Village President, Bill Hintz, and Administration Chairman, Leevon Harris will present committees with proposal as suggested/approved by Village Attorney.
3. Discuss Proposal from Liane Devore Consulting.
4. Monthly Maintenance Comp Time Report – August 2020.
5. Monthly Maintenance Report – August 2020.
