Rivoli Fire Protection District responded to 12 calls in 2018 - 20 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Rivoli included six fires - one vehicle fire and five other fires.

In all, the department saw $21,000 in fire loss - or about $3,500 per fire.

The department also received six false calls.
