1. Ferry Dock Sidewalk Connection. (Chelsey Hohensee, Metrolink)
Explanation: Ferryboat terminal and discussion of FTA’s intent to pursue a Section 4(f) de minimis finding for the John Deere Commons ferryboat terminal to be located within the riverfront in relation to obtaining federal environmental clearance for the FTA Passenger Ferry Boat Program.

Explanation: With the possibility of a deficit of $575,000+ for the budget year 2021 discussion on the priority list of budget cuts.

4. Approval of the 2021 Park Board Meeting Dates. (Eric Griffith, Parks Recreation Director)
Explanation: Park Board meeting dates for the 2021 calendar year are as follows: January 28, February 25, March 25, April 22, May 27, June 24, July 22, August 26, September 23, October 28 and December 2.
