Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair Bob Towler called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM and read the roll call. A quorum was not present.

There were no members of the public in attendance.
Opening of the Meeting
The meeting opened and a discussion followed about the slideshow of nominated properties for the Holiday Lighting Awards.
Closing of the Meeting
The meeting closed at 5:38 pm.
