Village of Matherville Village Board Met Nov. 30.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Call to Order/Roll Call

Mayor John Starcevich called the November meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call – Trustees present: Scott Campbell, Tony Starcevich, Brianna Adams, Jim Shields, Linda Starcevich, Buffy Krack, Village Manager Stephanie McMeekan, Treasurer Anne Slavish and Clerk Molly Litwiler.

Approval of Minutes of Last Meeting

Trustee Buffy Krack made a motion to approve the October minutes. Trustee Brianna Adams seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried.

Treasurer Report’s and bills to be paid

October bills & Treasurer Reports were reviewed and a motion was made by Trustee Jim Shields to approve. Trustee Linda Starcevich seconded. All were in favor and motion carried.

➢ Village insurance was renewed, total annual premium which includes workmans comp is $19,928.00.Matherville Fire Department Report

➢ Buffy Krack made a motion to approve the Levy Ordinance. Trustee Brianna Adams seconded, all were in favor and the motion carried.

Here being no further business to come before the Board, Trustee Buffy Krack made a motion to adjourn and Trustee Tony Starcevich seconded. All were in favor and the motion carried
