Motion to recommend to the Special City Council Meeting to approve the negotiated collective bargaining agreement between the City and IBEW - Water/Waste Water Employees for a contract term of 07/01/2022 - 12/31/2024.

Motion to recommend to the Special City Council Meeting to approve R-22-14, a resolution approving general wage increases and and changes to health care for non-union city staff.
