City of Geneseo Plan Commission met Oct. 6.

5.1. Allure PUD Change
Motion to recommend to city council the new PUD proposal, "Exhibit A," combining specific parcels into three new lots, to change the ownership name to Allure Geneseo Properties LLC, and to direct the city attorney to prepare an ordinance establishing this revised PUD.
