The Committee of the Whole of the City of Geneseo was called to order on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:
COUNCIL PRESENT: Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Council Douglas Crow, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Martin Rothschild, Council Paula Simosky, Council Keith Kennett, and Alderman James Roodhouse
COUNCIL ABSENT:

City Administrator Maeglin encouraged Council and Employee's as well as their children and grandchildren to walk with the City's float in the Christmas Walk Parade

8.1. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CONTRIBUTION & LARGE EVENT FEE SCHEDULE
City Administrator Maeglin spoke about the resolution of structure and recuperation of partial expenses when it comes to large scale events hosted by the Chamber on public grounds.

Building Inspector Rick Mills presented the new updated zoning map which includes annexations, two zoning classifications, six removal parcels from vacant land/building list, one addition to vacant building list, the addition to Geneseo Creek to the map, and other items found missing from map. Mills also presented the new interactive map on the city website.
Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Paula Simosky, Motion to recommend to City Council approval of the 2022 Zoning Map and to place on the consent agenda.

City Administrator Maeglin went over the budgeted items for 2022 - The City Engineer also gave an update on the Prairie View detention pond and why this is budgeted in year 2022.
