7.2. HCOD Building Permit & Re-Zoning from R-1 to B-1 upon annexation for the Farmers National Bank Development
Motion to recommend to the City Council approval of the HCOD Building Permit, including erection of a sign to follow current HCOD and MMS sign standards per the zoning code, and to re zone the parcel from R-1 to B-1 upon annexation into the City of Geneseo, of Farmers National Bank's 1 acre parcel of land recorded as the "Progress North Subdivision."
