Call to Order
Human Rights Commission Chair, Betsy Zmuda-Swanson, called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., in the Committee-of-the-Whole Room, at Moline City Hall.

Agenda Items
1. Equity Plan Subcommittee Workshop. Subcommittee members discussed the formation of an Equity Plan including such factors as how broad the Equity Plan will be, what needs to be included in the Equity Plan, and how to measure progress. Subcommittee members were assigned cities, businesses, and organizations to research concerning their current diversity, equity and inclusion plans. Subcommittee members agreed to meet again on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 5:45 p.m., at the Moline Public Library.
2. Miscellaneous Business. There was no miscellaneous business.
