2. Determine need for election of beneficiary and active trustee and or re-appointment of appointed Trustees – Request for re-appointment of appointed Trustees.
3. Review / Update contracts with vendors (actuaries, attorneys, investment advisors/consultants).
4. New Membership to the Fund.
