1. Approve payment of bills for the period January 24, 2023 - February 13, 2023.
2. Approve payroll for the period January 26, 2023–February 10, 2023. 3. Approve Treasurer's report for January 2023.
CLERK’S REPORT:
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Approve Resolution R-22-11- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colona, Henry County, Illinois, Allocation of Rebuild IL Funds of $336,044.16 to Chestnut Road Project.
2. Approve budget amendment for the Colona Scott Family Park Fund 140 for FY 2022-2023 as follows: original budget for Park Facilities Manager; 1780 hours at a rate of $18/hour; amended budget, for the remainder of the current fiscal year, February 13 thru April 30, 2023, for Park Facilities Manager position; salaried position, 2080 hours per year, at a rate of $20/hour, annual salary $41,600.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve Colona Scott Family Park proposed 2023 rate sheet. New rates to be effective for rentals beginning May 1, 2023.
2. Approve okay to hire part time officer.
3. Approve Resolution- R-23-02 A Resolution of the City of Colona, Henry County, Illinois, Declaring Surplus Property for disposal. (Dispose of surplus squad and misc. equipment from squad cars in the police station garage. Chief will provide pictures and descriptions of items).
