City of Moline Special Event Committee met Feb. 23.

1. MoTown Craft Beer Festival Presentation (Joshua Sherrod)

3. Quad Cities Pickleball Club Tournament 2023 Funding Request
4. Consideration of a Special Event Application for QC Pride Inc. to utilize River Drive, 12th Street, 5th Avenue and 17th Drive for the Unity Pride Parade. The event is to be held Saturday, June 17th from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time). Supporting information and special consideration requests are detailed in the Special Event Application.
5. Consideration of a Special Event Application for Children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities to utilize 17th Street for the MoTown Craft Beer Festival. The event is to be held Saturday, July 8th from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time).
