● Approve minutes of the Monday, February 27, 2023 Committee of the Whole Meeting

NEW BUSINESS:

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Alderman Lack, chair; Aldermen Painter, Stablein, members; Economic Development Administrator Holman, staff. Regularly scheduled meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 6:00pm. A copy of the minutes will be available at City Hall and on the City’s website.

FINANCE/ADMIN: Alderman Stablein, chair; Aldermen Shady-Dahl, Swemline, members; Finance Director Jen Legare, staff. Regularly scheduled meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of the month, at 3:30pm. A copy of the minutes will be available at City Hall and on the City’s website

1. Water/Sewer Rates.

2. Proposed Budget FY 2023-2024.

3. Proposed FYE 04/30/2023 transfers.

PUBLIC SAFETY: Alderman Painter, chair; Aldermen Barrett, Cole, members; Chief Swemline, L. LaMantia, staff. Regularly scheduled meetings are held the 4th Thursday at 2:30pm. A copy of the minutes will be available at City Hall and on the City’s website.
