The Committee of the Whole of the City of Geneseo was called to order on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, with the following members present:
COUNCIL PRESENT:
Council Bob James, Council Brett Barnhart, Council Craig Arnold, Council Douglas Crow, Mayor Sean Johnson, Council Paula Simosky, Council Keith Kennett, and Alderman James Roodhouse

City Administrator Maeglin advised the city is working on Music & Entertainment along with Donations for Thrill on the Hill.
8 ADMINISTRATION
8.1. NET METERING ANNUAL AVOIDED COST CREDIT - ELECTRIC
Director of Electric Rowold spoke to council about the increased credit on the Net Metering Annual Avoided Cost Credit for solar customers on our system.
Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Keith Kennett, Motion to recommend to City Council R-23-05, adopting the annual avoided cost credit and to place on the consent agenda.

8.2. PD RADIO EQUIPMENT UPGRADE
Chief Disterhoft spoke to council about the Starcom Radio equipment he would like to order as it could take 8-12 months to come in. He advised that this is a system that Henry County currently uses. A Q&A took place.
Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Douglas Crow, Motion to recommend to City Council the purchase of a Starcom Radio Module and associated equipment for $25,507.48 coming from the general capital fund, and to place on the consent agenda.
