⮚ Approve food delivery license for Yelloh (Schwan's whose parent company is Cygnus) (This item was tabled at the April 24, 2023 meeting to gather more information as the name Yelloh was unknown to the Council. Schwan's has received a food delivery license yearly.)
NEW BUSINESS:
1) Approve City credit card through Blackhawk Bank & Trust for Mayor Don Ropp with a credit limit of $5,000
2) Approve adding Mayor Don Ropp as a signer to all City bank accounts
3) Approve liquor license for:
a) 7 Eleven, 412 1st Ave Colona
b) Weinhause LLC, DBA Lavender Crest Winery
4) Approve Dealership Application renewal for T&G Refurbishers, 21619 Briar Bluff Road
5) Discuss/Choose Approve either Donohue or Strand for engineering services for phosphorus project at sewer treatment plant (copy of proposals was furnished in previous packet incumbent aldermen please bring with you; new aldermen will receive in this packet)
6) Discuss Self-Evaluation Services offered by Illinois Municipal League (IML) with intent to move to the following council (5/22/23) for approval to participate
7) Approve Resolution R-23-09, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colona, Henry County Illinois, Adoption of Local Civility Pledge to Foster Respect
