3. Approve Motion to remove from table issue Amending Ordinance 5-4B-2 of City code to allow Chickens in the City of Colona

4. Discussion and information - Watterworth - Continuous Utility Rate management Mayor's contact and Attendance (2) Zoom meetings - Cloud Based interactive software - Annual Subscription

5. IML-110th Annual Conference - Sept. 21-23, 2023 at Hilton Chicago, IL. Need list of City officials that would like to attend A.S.A.P. City will receive Early Registration Discount. Mayor encourages anyone wanting to attend to sign up. Hotel by Aug. 18th, Registration by Sept. 8, 2023

6. Waive the bidding requirements for the following individual Projects and Allow Mayor to Contract for Services.

A.) Install New Door Locks at all buildings of waste water Treatment Plant for security not to exceed $7,500.00

B.) Upgrade SCADA Integration improvements at waste water treatment Plant not to exceed $10,000.00

C.) Emergency Roof Repair of Blower Building to protect Electrical Switch gear and integrity of operational status of waste water treatment Plant not to exceed $24,000.00

D.) Roof repairs at CSFP Club House, Due to Storms Damage - Received insurance Payment of $6212.80, work not to exceed $10,000.00

E.) Roof repairs to Animal Control Bldg. at Public Works Complex - Police Dept. -Damage not caused by recent storms - previous damage not repaired. Work not to exceed $10,000.00 - Previous Claim?

7. Estimate cost and identification Discussion/Questions Mayor will contact IMEG under service contract and get estimate for the following work/projects.

A.) Roof repair Sludge drying Bldg. WWTP engineering - prepare Specs. & bid documents.

B.) Roof repair Main Bldg. WWTP -Engineering - prepare specs. And bid documents.

C.) Requested Safety measures at WWTP - Walkways, Safety Railings between Bldgs. And to discharge outfall and sampling point at river - Engineering - Design - specs. & Bid Documents

D.) Sludge bldg. Structural damage - Engineering costs= specs & bid documents and inspection

8. Discuss and questions Prepare Spreadsheet of estimate cost and identification of anticipated repairs at WWTP for use of ARPA Funds for Budget planning and tracking purposes. Mayor and Public Works Director preparing
