1. Approval of July 26, 2023 Meeting Minutes
2. Consideration of a Special Event Application for the Moline High School to utilize 36th Street from the Moline High School, West on the Avenue of the Cities and ending at 27th Street for the Annual Moline High School Homecoming Parade. The event is to be held Friday, October 13, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time). Supporting information and special consideration requests are detailed in the Special Event Application.
3. Consideration of a Special Event Application for Diocese of Peoria to utilize 17th Avenue from Sacred Heart Church to 10th Street, 10th Street from 17th Avenue to Saint Mary’s Church Parking Lot, 5 th Avenue from 11th Street to 12th Street, 12th Street from 5th Avenue to River Drive, and River Drive from 12th Street to the I-74 Bridge Path for the Walk to Emmaus event. The event is to be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (this includes set-up and clean-up time).
