Motion to approve the 09/05/2023 Plan Minutes as presented.
4. PUBLIC HEARING
4.1. Open the Public Hearing
Motion to open the public hearing for public input on the Zoning Change Application submitted by Stackhouse-Moore Properties LLC, to change the zoning from R-2 residential to B-3 commercial at their property located at 225 East Park Street.
5. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
5.1. Close the Public Hearing
Motion to close the public hearing.
6. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)
6.1. Application from Stackhouse-Moore Properties LLC to change the zoning classification at 225 East Park Street from R-2 residential to B-3 business.
Motion to recommend to City Council to re-zone the property at 225 East Park Street from R-2 Residential to B-3 Business.
7. PUBLIC COMMENT
City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the Commission at this time.
