3.3. Central Bank - Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a significant change to the exterior facade of the building located at 101 N State, within the Historic District
City Administrator Maeglin explained to council the application for the significant change to the exterior facade for Cental Bank.

3.4. Crowe Laundry - Building Permit Application in the HCOD
City Administrator Maeglin advised council of the building permit of the 2100 SQ FT cold storage unit to be built next to the existing building. Maeglin explained that cold storage means no air or heat will be installed in the building and will be used for equipment storage for the business.
Craig Arnold moved, seconded by Brett Barnhart, Motion to approve the building permit application submitted by George Koustas - Crowe to construct a 2100 sq ft cold storage building in the HCOD.
