Consent Agenda: 

1. Approve payment of bills/vendor report for the period Nov. 14-Nov. 27, 2023 
2. Approve payroll for the period Nov. 11- Nov. 25, 2023. 
3. Approve the minutes from the Nov. 13th, 2023 Council Meeting.

Old Business: 

1. Approve Ordinance 0-23-12 an Ordinance of the City of Colona, Henry County,  Illinois vacating a portion of a street located within the City. Must have a 3⁄4 vote of the Council.

New Business: 

1. Discuss, approve, and authorize the Mayor to execute the letter of understanding from IDOT concerning the construction of new multi-use path. However, IDOT requires that the City accept responsibility for all the future maintenance of the multi-use path within the City's jurisdictional limits once the project is completed by IDOT. 
2. Approve December City Council meeting dates due to holidays. Council meeting Dec. 11th,2023 at 6PM, Council meeting Dec. 18th, 2023 at 6PM changed from Dec. 25th date. 
3. Approve resolution R-23-14 announcing tax levy of 4.85% for the fiscal commencing May 1, 2024. 
4. Waive bidding requirement for tree removal. 737 Greenway Ave -dead tree safety hazard. 
5. Discuss and possible approval of installation of (3) LPR cameras at various undecided locations on Rt. 84 and Cleveland Rd., and (1) camera at horseshoe pit are on canal parkway. Note camera at will require power and mounting. 
6. Approve resolution declaring surplus property R-23-15 
7. Discussion amending city code 7-1-11: snow removal and 7-1-14: off road vehicles: to allow the use of UTV, ATV's. and lawn/garden tractors equipped with snow removal attachments (blower/plows) to be used for private snow removal under certain conditions. 
8. Approve Ordinance # 0-23-15 authorizing distribution of surplus from the special tax allocation fund of development project area TIF # III and budget amendment reflecting approved distribution line item # 127-125-4780 
9. Approve ordinance # 0-23-16 authorizing distribution of surplus from the special tax allocation fund development project area TIF # IV and budget amendment reflecting approved distribution line item # 126-125-4780
