Ordinance No. 25, Series of 2023; An Ordinance Authorizing and Providing for the Issuance of Not To Exceed $4,000,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) Series 2024 of the City of Aledo, Mercer County, Illinois, for the Purpose of Constructing the SE 2nd Avenue Improvements and Related Infrastructure Improvements, Prescribing All of the Details of Said Bonds, Approving the Execution and Delivery of the Official Statement, Pledging Certain Revenues of the City, and Providing for the Imposition of Taxes Sufficient for the Payment of Principal and Interest on Said Bonds. B. Ordinance No. 26, Series of 2023; Adopting a Municipal Budget for the City of Aledo Fiscal year 2024. (Second Reading)

C. Ordinance No. 27, Series of 2023; Levying Taxes in and for the City of Aledo, in the County of Mercer and State of Illinois, for the Corporate and Municipal Purposes of said City, for the Fiscal Year commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024, and Authorizing the City Clerk of said City to Certify the same to the County Clerk of said County of Mercer.
