Motion to approve the contract agreement to purchase 1 acre of land from the Samuelson Trust, for a purchase price of $100,000, to be used as the site for the city's 5th water well.
3.2. R-24-07: Surplus Property

4. MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
